Inverness Ladies entered their mid season break with a disappointing defeat to Forfar. The Highland side were missing several regulars and a few players had to line up out of position as the teams kicked off. Despite this set back Inverness more than held their own until Forfar took the lead in first half injury time. The home side took control at the start of the second period and doubled their lead on 55 mins. Things got worse for Inverness when they lost their influential captain Karen Mason on the hour mark with medial ligament damage and within a minute Forfar scored a third to wrap up the points.
