Scottish League Division 1 Inverness Ladies stepped up their push for promotion when they buried Dumfries under an avalanche of goals last weekend. The Highland side found the net at regular intervals and they led 7-0 at half time with sparkling hat tricks from Karen Mason and Leanne Calder and a solitary strike from Lorraine Cadden which meant the second half would be no more than a formality. Inverness relaxed a bit after the break but Mason netted her fourth before a double from Cadden saw her become the third player to score a hat trick and Nicola Ross and Sarah Main completed the rout. Team Kim Jappy, Claire Masterton, Dawn Fraser, Claire Mackay, Molly Alexander, Sarah Main, Karen Mason, Siobban Matheson, Lorraine Cadden, Leanne Calder, Natalie Bodiam ( Nicola Ross 60mins).
