Scottish League Division 1 Inverness continued their recent run of poor results when they surrendered a 2 goal lead at Dalkeith. Lorraine Cadden fired them ahead on 12 mins and Leanne Calder doubled the lead on 20mins with a fine low drive. Inverness were dominating but failed to find the crucial killer third goal and Dalkeith fought their way back into the game with a goal before the interval. Inverness were caught cold at the start of the second half and lost 2 quick goals to trail 3-2. The visitors poured forward in search of an equaliser and Eilidh Mackay and Calder both missed glaring chances before Natalie Bodiam saw her rocket shot rebound of the crossbar and rebounded to safety as Inverness failed to find an equaliser. Team Kim Jappy, Claire Masterton, Nicola Ross, Molly Alexander, Sarah Main, Sinead Furlong, Karen Mason, Eilidh Mackay, Lorraine Cadden, Leanne Calder, Natalie Bodiam. No Subs. Fixture: 02-Dec-2007 |
