League Cup - Round 3

Inverness Ladies stormed into the Q-Finals of the League Cup when they demolished Larkhall 8-1 in Glasgow last weekend. The visitors made the perfect start when Leanne Calder netted in the 3 rd minute before Stephanie Cameron beat the offside trap to double the lead on 12mins. Larkhall pulled a goal back on the stroke of half time following a goalmouth scramble. Inverness took complete control after the interval and Calder made it 3-1 before substitute Dawn Fraser made it four with the goal of the game with a blistering strike from the edge of the box before Calder completed her hat trick as the visitors piled on the pressure. Further goals from Eilidh Mackay and a double from Kerry Smith completed the rout. Molly Alexander was named as player of the match.
