Scottish Cup 2nd Round Inverness Ladies stormed into the last sixteen of the Scottish Cup when they demolished Forfar last weekend. Despite dominating from the start Inverness went 1-0 down when the home side scored with their first attack of the game on twelve minutes. Several times the visitors nearly equalised before two goals in a devastating three minute spell from Karen Mason and Stephanie Cameron turned the match on its head. Early in the second half keeper Angie Campbell became the visitors hero when she dived full length to save a penalty kick before the Highland side raced upfield to make it 3-1 when Leanne Calder almost uprooted the goalframe with a venimous strike from fifteen yards out. Calder made it 4-1 on 75mins before late strikes from Sarah Main and Karen Mason completed a comfortable victory. Team Angie Campbell, Claire Masterton, Nicola Ross, Kim Jappy, Rhian MacGillivray, Karen Mason, Fiona Greig (Sarah Main 60mins), Dawn Fraser (Molly Alexander 60mins) Stephanie Cameron ( Eilidh Mackay 60mins) Lorraine Cadden, Leanne Calder.
