Inverness Ladies depleted with illness and injury went down 4-2 to Bo’ ness. Despite several forced changes Inverness opened brightly and had the home defence under a bit of pressure before conceding two goals in three minutes from poorly defended corners. Things went from bad to worse and Bo’ Ness scored twice more to end a nightmare first half for the visitors. The second half opened with Inverness pouring forward and Lorraine Cadden reduced the deficit on 47mins and shortly after she brought out a tremendous save from the home keeper. Fiona Greig then rattled the post with a thunderous 25yard effort. With 20mins remaining Greig headed home a perfectly flighted free kick from player of the match Cadden but despite constant pressure the visitors couldn’t find the net again.
